Premonition Pencil

Last Thursday at the time of the solar eclipse Luke & I ran our first Spiritual Awaking Session, we were excited to see so many interested human beings ready to awaken their Spirituality and their own surprise when the realisation hit it was all in there all along!  




We covered topics such as Intention Setting, Chakra Clearing, Energy Recognition and Awareness, Premonition Writing and Readings.  

Premonition writing is great tool to gain answers to questions that you seek.  If you find that you mind won’t settle, is cloudy or too busy to find the answer and your dreams are just as chaotic then Premonition writing is great one to try.  It works even better if you are an avid journal writer.


I have tried premonition writing in a couple of different ways and have honed my skills to share with you.  First find a space that is quiet, set up you paper and pencil/pen.  Close your eyes (here is the time we need to clear our mind so any messages can come through loud and clear), focus your mind on your question.  What if questions come into my mind?  If you deem these important open your eyes and write them on your paper for later, if they are just filler thoughts then close your eyes pop them in a ballon (in you mind) and let the ballon float away.  Once your mind has a singular focus, that being your question, begin to write.   You can write with your eyes open or closed, be sure not to lift your pencil off the paper keep contact at all times even when you are starting a new line.

Do you have an Organised Mindful Morning Rhythm?



I’m now a mother of a preppy.  What does this mean?  New challengers, allowing my little man to grow and learn in a formal setting, allowing others to lead in the teachings and building blocks of life and of course getting it together to get to school on time, becoming organised!

My life is mostly a mindful mediation.  This is how I have chosen to live.  Each activity has intent, is given time to unfold, manifest as needed and clarity of each task is performed in a mindful and slow rhythmic forward motion.  Then a Curve ball from left field, you need to be at school on time.  It has taken me a couple of weeks but I needed to gear up my rhythm of life and meet a new quota of organisation to achieve my goals of a mindfully meditative lifestyle.

Goals set to achieve have include: prepping school uniform, bags packed, pre-made kinder lunches (I purposefully choose a school that provides all meals which are mindfully eaten together as an entire school unit…great choice by the way), setting a consist rhythm and rules for the morning: no playing till you have eaten, washed, brushed your teeth and hair, put your plate in the dishwasher, pi’s in the laundry and made your bed.  Each task is performed in the same order to set a rhythm and each morning the rhythm has picked up pace slowly so less emphasis is put on the ‘must do’s’ of life and more time can be spent of the pleasures of play.

Allowing the mind and body a Rhythm and routine of movement though morning preparation sets an easy tone for the day.  Focus, preparation and rhythm are key steps towards freedom.  The freedom of body is achieved for the body as it is a warm up to your day with familiar movements (I like to do a yogi salut to the sun each morning) and the freedom of mind is achieved as these tasks become a routine rhythmic morning meditation, taking out aspects of annoyance to complete a task, over thinking on what to do next or grunting out a task to be completed before leaving the house.

A mindful organised morning rhythm free’s the mind and body to approach the welcoming of the coming day with focus and clarity.

Fertility Fad

I treat a lot of fertility at the RISE clinic, along with pregnancy, post-natal, infant and children’s health as well as the work I did on my own fertility, pregnancy, infant and children’s health.  What I am stumped by (and I myself was in this category) that when women and men decided to embark on the journey of procreation they all of sudden take note of their health and begin to put themselves first, though it’s not really for you is it?  No it is for the wellness another.

 We love to help anyone but ourselves

Let’s workshop this.  Most of us are brought up to put others before ourselves, it is gracious, helpful, nurturing, supportive, gratifying.  But……after you have provided all of this magnanimous support to others, your health, mind and body tanks are empty.  Why not first be gracious, helpful, nurturing and supportive to yourself.  Fill your tank and keep you engine chugging to provide the best support to others, with out draining yourself.

So don’t jump on the fertility fad hamster wheel of months to years of getting your body back in a healthy balanced state just so you can procreate.  Below is loose guide to general health for life, so when it comes time to produce your little miracle things can just happen.

1.Learn to take down time – reading, meditating, quiet time a time to nurture yourself, you might just like time alone or to go and have a group healing, or a wellness session that leaves you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

2.Move – every part of your body needs nourishment to help the flow of nourishment movement is need, fast or slow, walk, dance, skip or jog, bike ride or sprint it is all helpful.

3.Detox – Feb fast, dry July, sober October, if you are already detoxing from alcohol for a month why don’t you cleanse and detox your digestion through food as well.  Try lemon in hot water in the morning, adding in turmeric to meals (use it with black pepper to activate the properties in turmeric), eating more greens or adding in a green smoothy for an alkaline digestion, supplementing with a B vitamin or a small handful of GoJi berries each day and have a break from dairy, coffee and gluten.

4.Get familiar with Fermented foods or probiotics – establishing health in your digestion can eliminate many health concerns not just in your digestion but throughout your entire body and can assist with a sharper mind and better sleep.

5.Rehydrate – drinking water and coconut water refreshes, flushes and revitalises your body, which is only positive.

Love and nurture yourself first

So you don’t have to spend a santa sac on fertility treatments (save it for the school fee’s), or spend countless late nights reading up on fertility Fads, start you self care now and make it your thing, not just for a moment or for this year, but always and for forever.
